4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from TintaMoyo. If you are not completely satisfied with your Notebooks & Journals, Pens & Writing Instruments, or File Folders & Storage, you may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error.

  • Digital or personalized items, if applicable, are non-refundable unless defective.
