Refunds are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. For notebooks and journals, the product must not have been written in or damaged. For pens and writing instruments, they must not have been inked or used. File folders and storage items must be free from any signs of wear or alteration.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made notebooks, journals, or writing instruments.
  • Items that have been opened or used beyond simple inspection.
  • Products returned after the 30-day period.
  • Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
